COVID-19 Precautions

Due to COVID-19, Utica is taking precautions at our office to keep our staff and the general public safe. While our front office is open, all visitors must wear masks when coming into the building. Additionally, the public is asked to attend Board meetings remotely via video call or phone. Instructions to join meetings are posted on Utica’s monthly Board meeting agendas, see here.
