13th Part 12D Comprehensive Inspection

The Utica Water and Power Authority has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the preparation of the Thirteenth Part 12D Independent Consultant Safety Inspection Reports for the Utica Hydroelectric Project.

This work is required under federal regulations administered by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and applies to Utica Project – FERC No. 2019.

Notice to Bidder:

Qualified firms with experience in FERC-regulated hydroelectric facilities are encouraged to review the full RFP and submission requirements.

Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, technical qualifications, and demonstrated ability to meet FERC Part 12D requirements.

Questions regarding the RFP or RFP  process must follow the instructions outlined in Section V (pg 6) – Questions/Addenda of the RFP.
